Participation in the Vacation Exchange program is entirely optional and does not affect HOA dues. Administrative fees, maintenance and housekeeping costs are paid directly by those who take advantage of the service. It’s a great way to leverage your home ownership into a vacation in new places – without paying a nightly room rate!
