Housemen - full-time - Tahoe

TMRL – Old Greenwood at Tahoe is currently seeking a full-time Housemen. Hours will vary any time from 8:00am to 6:30pm Monday through Sunday. Must be available to work on weekends. Bilingual preferred Duties include: -Clean and empty trash containers. - Sweep/clean garages and decks -Clean BBq’s. -Receive inventory and deliver all HK supplies. -Receive and distribute incoming linen, keep track of new and used linen. -Report repairs needed. -Perform and/or assist with other cleaning and delivery duties and responsibilities as needed -Able to lift at least 50lbs. -Must be willing to do challenging, physical work -Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather

Lower Village Assistant Property Manager - Vail Valley

The Lower Village Assistant Property Manager Position provides assistance to the Ridgepoint Resident Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the Ridgepoint, Enclave and Fairways association affairs and the East West Resorts Homecare and Rental management programs. Essential duties include association walk-arounds, inspections, maintenance and billing responsibilities; regular inspections of Homecare and Rental units; follow-up with owner and guest requests; assist with reservation duties including scheduling owner/ guest reservations, housekeeping requests, workorders, newspapers, etc.; providing concierge services; coordinate rental guest arrival packets and appropriate guest/owner services while guests and owners are in house. Qualified applicant must meet a minimum of Associate’s degree or equivalent. Computer knowledge including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel necessary. IQWare software experience greatly beneficial. Position entails a great emphasis on building and maintaining positive relationships with our external clients as well as the internal departments of East West Resorts.
